Anisha Nadkarni works as a Data Ethics Officer at Randstad Global, the world's largest HR services company. Her work focuses on building internal policies around the ethical use of data and data science at Randstad. She is also an affiliated Research Fellow in tech policy at the Social & Economic Research Initiative (SERI) think-tank in her home country, Malaysia. Anisha's background is in social science of the Internet, having obtained her masters at the University of Oxford's Internet Institute (OII).
